
Matrix Fitness announced Rachel Lenzner’s promotion to Hospitality Business Development Manager, Americas, where she will oversee the company’s hospitality growth strategy across the region.
Lenzner has played an important role in expanding Matrix Fitness’ presence in the hospitality market. Her contributions include playing an instrumental role in securing the Hilton account, supporting growth in luxury hospitality, opening the cruise ship segment as a new vertical, and increasing Matrix Fitness’ participation in key industry organizations. She also serves on the International Luxury Hotel Association board and has participated in multiple hospitality industry panels.

As Hospitality Business Development Manager, Americas, Lenzner will oversee hospitality growth strategy in partnership with Matrix Fitness subsidiaries across the region. She will work with regional leaders to support sales objectives, align key accounts and global brand standards, and support strategic hospitality projects across the Americas. She will also manage U.S. hospitality accounts, including Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Four Seasons.
In addition, Lenzner will collaborate with Matrix Fitness teams in EMEA and Asia Pacific to strengthen global hospitality alignment, support international account relationships and advance a consistent go-to-market approach across regions. Lenzner’s expanded role reflects Matrix Fitness’ continued focus on hospitality and its work with hotels, resorts, cruise lines and global hospitality brands.
