TPG Hotels & Resorts, one of the nation’s premier hospitality management firms, announced today the appointment of Jens Baake as Senior Vice President of Food & Beverage.
In this role, Baake will oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the company’s food and beverage platform across its growing national portfolio, with a focus on elevating the hospitality experience, strengthening execution and driving long-term performance through scalable concepts and disciplined operations.
Baake joins TPG Hotels & Resorts with more than three decades of hospitality leadership experience. Most recently, he served as President of Acme Hospitality, where he led a portfolio of chef-driven restaurants and boutique hotels that generated nearly $50 million in annual revenue.
Prior to Acme Hospitality, he held senior leadership roles, including President of the Dining Division at Paradies-Lagardère, where he oversaw more than 160 restaurants, and Chief Operating Officer of The Palm Restaurant Group, where he drove operational efficiencies, improved profitability, and enhanced the guest experience across a nationally recognized portfolio. Baake also served as Vice President of Food & Beverage at Foxwoods Resort Casino and held leadership roles with Ameristar Casinos, Landry’s Restaurants, and The Walt Disney Company. He began his career in the kitchen as a European-trained chef, bringing a hands-on culinary foundation that continues to inform his leadership approach.
“Jens brings deep operational experience and a strong track record of driving results across complex food and beverage platforms,” said Patrick Short. “He knows how to improve margins, control costs, and scale concepts in a way that delivers consistent performance while elevating the guest experience, which will be important as we continue to strengthen execution across our portfolio.”
