HIA, the hospitality industry’s only purpose-built Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and accounting platform, announced today the promotion of Kimberly Vassell-Jacob to Vice President of Operations.
This promotion reflects Vassell-Jacob’s significant contributions to the company’s software product development and services, as well as her organizational leadership.
In her previous role as Director of Operations and Analytics, Vassell-Jacob led several key initiatives, including enhancing HIA’s budgeting and forecasting, helping to develop HIA’s business intelligence product, and spearheading the financial report building process for customers.
As Vice President of Operations, Vassell-Jacob will lead the Onboarding and Support teams to ensure an optimal customer experience, while also advising on product enhancements to HIA’s industry-leading ERP & accounting software. Vassell-Jacob’s promotion underscores HIA’s dedication to fostering internal talent and commitment to empowering innovative leaders.
