Louis Riley has been appointed Regional Vice President – Sales with MCR Hotels. MCR is a premier hotel management company and the 3rd largest hotel owner-operator in the United States. The firm has offices in New York City, London, Dallas, Chicago and Richmond, VA.
Mr. Riley will work with a defined number of properties within the MCR portfolio to assist, support and direct the sales & operational efforts. He will also play an intricate part in the development side for overall successes, representing Corporate, Owner’s, Sales, Operations, Revenue Management and F&B at respective properties.
With more than 30 years of experience as a Hotelier representing; Luxury, Full-Service, Boutique, Extended Stay and Limited Service Brands, Mr. Riley has supported and achieved a ROI for the following; Wyndam Hotel & Resorts, Preferred Hotels Group, IHG, Hilton Hotels, Marriott Hotels, Interstate Hotels & Resorts & Hyatt Hotels.
Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the openings of several properties while beginning his career behind the Front Desk of the Grand Hyatt Union Square in San Francisco, CA.
Mr. Riley also sits on the Board of Directors at his Alma Mater, Mississippi College located in Clinton, MS., graduating with a B.S. Degree in Business and a M.B.A. in Business Management.
An avid fly-fisherman, he enjoys some of the most sought after locations in Colorado, Montana and Jackson Hole. He also enjoys watching his favorite football team, the Pittsburgh Steelers and Notre Dame basketball.
In his spare time, his main hobby is producing one of a kind fire globe/bowl fire pits for celebrities, friends and family.
