Access Point Financial (APF), a leading direct capital provider focused exclusively on the hospitality industry, announced today the appointment of Daniel Zagoria as Managing Director, Business Development.
Zagoria brings over 12 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry, with a robust background in investment sales, private equity, and structured finance. In his new role, he will concentrate on growing our capabilities as a Capital Solutions provider with a focus on preferred equity and mezzanine debt, as well as being able to provide our clients with creative financial solutions. Prior to joining APF, Zagoria held positions in New York City, advising high-profile clients and institutions across the real estate, television, insurance, and music industries.

Zagoria holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Georgia- Franklin College of Arts and Sciences.
