Gerges was previously the multi-property director of sales and marketing for Le Royal Méridien Doha and Agora Doha, Autograph Collection.
His career began in Lebanon at the Grand Hotel Kadri – Zahle, where he honed his skills in front office and reservations operations.
Gerges then climbed the ladder at Marriott International, eventually becoming the cluster director of sales and marketing. In this role, he oversaw sales and marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of properties, including prestigious names like the JW Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott and the Arraya Ballroom.
He further expanded his responsibilities by overseeing sales and marketing strategies for properties across the Gulf region, including The Sheraton in Downtown Manama, Bahrain and the JW Marriott in Muscat, to name a few.
Since joining the Le Royal Méridien Doha and Agora Doha, Autograph Collection team, Gerges has made significant contributions to the hotel’s sales, marketing and revenue performance.
