With over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Jessica Rincon is the Managing Director at Sandbourne Santa Monica, set to make its grand debut in the spring of 2024. Rincon’s career trajectory is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence.
Previously, she was the General Manager for the iconic Chateau Marmont in Hollywood and The Wayfarer in downtown Los Angeles overseeing all operational, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Prior to that, Rincon was the General Manager at the Kimpton Hotel Wilshire in Los Angeles and Director of Rooms at the esteemed Viceroy L’Ermitage in Beverly Hills. Through each role, she has honed her expertise in hospitality operations, sales strategies, and staff development.
As a native of Santa Monica, Rincon’s deep-rooted connection to her hometown imbues her work with a profound sense of purpose. Her direct understanding of local culture and community uniquely positions her to play an integral role in the opening of Sandbourne Santa Monica.
