Access Point Financial, a leading direct lender focused exclusively on the hospitality industry, announced today the appointment of James Reivitis as Managing Director, Head of Business Development.

With over 15 years of hospitality finance, development, and leadership experience, Reivitis will lead the Business Development Team. He joins Access Point Financial from 6M Company, where he was an advisor across various resort projects, specialty real estate, and brand platforms, spearheading underwriting, finance, and entitlement. He also spent over a decade with Choice Hotels International, where he led their national site acquisition team, in addition to overseeing underwriting and negotiating direct capital investments into projects with private equity franchise partners and developers.

Reivitis holds a BSBA in Finance & Management from Georgetown University. He maintains a leadership role in Business Development, reporting to Michael I. Lipson, CEO of Access Point Financial.
