at the helm of international luxury hospitality, Kim’s profound expertise will further elevate the stature of Northern Europe’s largest spa.
Situated in Sofiemyr, a mere 15-minute journey from the heart of Oslo, The Well Spa & Hotel champions a holistic approach to wellness. Among its myriad amenities are 15 diverse saunas, 11 refreshing pools, an authentic Japanese bathhouse, a Middle Eastern Hammam, and an extensive menu of spa treatments and rituals. Nestled amid lush woodlands, the spa caters to both day visitors and overnight guests.
Before his appointment here, Kim was the esteemed Director of Son Spa. He also held significant roles at Refsnes Gods, a prominent part of the revered Classic Norway Hotels collection, and spent a commendable 8.5 years in various leadership capacities at Continental.
Kim’s international tenure includes pivotal Front of the House experience at London’s Firmdale Hotels, deepening his grasp on global hospitality nuances and elite customer service.
Education remains a linchpin in Kim’s illustrious career. He boasts a BA in Hospitality Management, specializing in events, from the renowned Swiss Hotel Management School in Montreux. This academic bedrock profoundly influences his managerial style in elite establishments.
Moreover, Kim’s culinary prowess is evident with his culinary trade certification, underscoring his love for gourmet cooking and the world of exquisite wines. This culinary acumen further refines his comprehensive understanding of the hospitality sector.
