MOLLIE Aspen, a new 68-room boutique hotel opening this Winter in downtown Aspen, Colorado, is pleased to announce the appointment of its inaugural General Manager, Austin Luckett.
In his new role, Luckett oversees all aspects of the hotel from operational leadership and talent acquisition to the core development of MOLLIE’s culture and training programs. The new boutique property comes from HayMax Capital, a leading local development firm, who enlisted award-winning studios Post Company for interior design, and CCY Architects for architecture, along with Gin & Luck, the group behind the critically acclaimed Death & Co. brand, for managing the food & beverage program.
Luckett brings thirteen years of hospitality experience to the position. Prior to being appointed as MOLLIE’s General Manager, he coordinated operations and guest experiences as the Director of Lodging at The Resort at Paws Up in Montana and held senior level positions at both the Grand Hyatt Macau and Dalian in China. At MOLLIE Aspen, Luckett’s vision is to cultivate a dynamic, welcoming, and innovative property for guests and locals while paying homage to the region’s historical and cultural influences.
