Acqualina Resort & Residences appoints Nikolay Hotze as Vice President and General Manager

Acqualina Resort & Residences announces Nikolay Hotze as Vice President and General Manager of the ultra-luxury, award-Nikolay Hotzewinning beachfront resort in Sunny Isles Beach, Miami. 

Bringing a wealth of high-value resort management experience to his new role, Hotze has consistently delivered outstanding results throughout his career. Known for his innate ability to anticipate needs and show genuine care for both guests and employees, he has achieved record profits, demonstrated astute financial management and successfully developed and managed budgets for high-level resort operations. His exceptional performance has earned him multiple promotions and accolades, solidifying his reputation as an industry leader.

For the past five years, Hotze was Managing Director and Asset Manager in a private equity investment organization. He has held leadership positions in five-star resorts, including the role of Managing Director at Caneel Bay, A Rosewood Resort. Hotze previously worked at Acqualina Resort as Hotel Manager and played an integral part of the opening team. “I am thrilled to bring Nikolay back to Acqualina,” said Deborah Yager Fleming, CEO & Partner. “It is exciting to work with him again. Hotze’s extensive experience also includes key positions in food & beverage management at Miami-based properties including Loews Hotel, Tides Hotel and the Doral Golf Resort & Spa.  His journey in the hospitality industry began in London, where he started his career with the Savoy Hotel Group.

A native of Germany, Hotze earned a degree in Hotel Administration from German Abitur in Kiel, Germany. His proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, coupled with his strong financial and operational management skills, will be instrumental in continuing Acqualina’s commitment to providing unparalleled luxury and world-class hospitality.
