Leading Honolulu and Los Angeles-based hospitality management company Springboard Hospitality is pleased to announce the hiring of five new executives. Demonstrating Springboard’s commitment to its expanding portfolio, the new leaders will focus on continuing to elevate and enhance the guest experience across all properties, and strengthening the company’s marketing and revenue operations.
Jason Pirock joins the team as Corporate Director of Marketing, where he will be responsible for Brand and Performance Marketing of Springboard, its brands, and collection of properties. Pirock brings over 15 years of experience in marketing working in both hospitality and retail for brands like Hyatt, Target and Sears. Mostly recently, Pirock was Head of Marketing for Aparium Hotel Group, an owner, operator and developer of boutique hotels, restaurants and bars. .
Casea Rose joins the team as Chief Experience Officer for Springboard Hospitality. In her new position, Rose will lead experience design, strategic partnerships, and community for Springboard’s collection of hotels. Prior to Springboard, Rose worked as an advisor and consultant for the design, creative direction, and community activation for bespoke hotels, conferences, and organizations around the world. With Rose’s expertise, Springboard will strengthen its commitment to helping guests experience deeper connections to the destinations they visit.
Springboard also welcomes Dan Olsen as the new Director of Digital Marketing. With 15 years of experience in the digital space across the education, professional services, and hospitality industries, Olsen will oversee Springboard’s digital marketing strategy including paid and organic efforts and portfolio website health, amongst other initiatives. In this newly created role, Olsen will elevate Springboard’s digital and e-marketing presence.
With over 13 years in hospitality, Elena Schroth joins Springboard as the new Area General Manager based in Jackson, WY, overseeing the Anvil Hotel. Previously, Schroth held management positions across the country, from five-star property The Waldorf Astoria in New York City to the mountain resort company Vail Resorts. With an extensive background in luxury hospitality, Schroth has cultivated outstanding managerial skills that will impact each of the resorts’ business.
Springboard’s new Regional Director of Revenue, Ashley Moore joins the team following an impressive tenure with global luxury lifestyle and hotel brand, Viceroy Hotel Group. Most recently, Moore served as Area Director of Revenue Management for Viceroy, where she specialized in pre-opening, opening, and managing multiple hotels through renovation and branding. She previously held management roles with Westin St. Francis on Union Square and Omni San Francisco
