Today, Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is proud to announce the appointment of Pamela Maes to the position of Spa Director at its full-service Breve Spa. In this role, Pamela is accountable for Breve Spa’s menu development, recruitment of talent, revenue and expense management, staff development, and curating a unique luxury wellness experience.
With over ten years of spa and wellness experience, Maes joins Breve Spa at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport, which was recognized as one of the top 100 Spas of America in 2020 by American Spa Magazine, from Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck. There, she held the position of Director of Spa and oversaw the spa and wellness area including the spa facility, services, and fitness from 2019 – 2022.

Maes brings credible beauty and wellness expertise from her previous experiences, ranging from different salons and spas in New York. Before her time at Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck, Maes served as the Spa Director at Mirbeau Inn & Spa Skaneateles, where she oversaw the spa and wellness division, created marketing strategies, and managed a team of 8 spa leaders. With a seasoned wellness background, Maes began her career as an Esthetician for Dr. Guillermo Quetell in Syracuse New York, and then later for MLO Salon and Spa in Cicero, New York. Maes holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University and a certificate in Esthetics from Aesthetic Science Institute.
Maes has already assisted in developing projects such as the Winter Harmony Breve Daycation Package and redevelopment of the spa menu to reflect an array of services designed to highlight the emphasis of relaxation through sound and the property heritage in the Seaport district of Boston. The Winter Harmony Package includes the signature 60-minute Breve massage, a signature Breve facial, access to the sauna, steam room, exclusive year-round rooftop hot tub & heated pool with city views (during winter months), and a $40 credit to Lifted Restobar, the fifth-floor tropical urban oasis. Additionally, guests will also have access to the sun-drenched fitness center with Peloton bikes, TRX and CYBEX equipment, along with a number of other curated amenities. The updated menu will feature new partnerships and services that unwind the fast-paced business traveler, immerse the visitor enjoying the unique setting of the Seaport, and locals seeking comfort and convenience in a luxurious spa setting.
Breve Spa is a full-service luxury spa offering a haven of body massages, customized facials, blow-outs, nail services and makeup application, all with the option to enjoy a made-to-order cocktail during treatments. Breve Spa offers eight treatment rooms, a relaxation lounge, two dry saunas and a steam room. The hotel also sports a 3,800-square-foot, state-of-the-art, 24-hour fitness center that boasts 200 feet of continuous floor-to-ceiling windows for abundant natural light and features Peloton Bikes, ellipticals, free-weights and essential workout equipment.
