Rising star takes the Helm as Executive Chef at award-winning Pullman Melbourne on Swanston

Pullman Melbourne on Swanstonhas announced the appointment ofExecutive Chef Ashlee Skrzelinski to lead its celebrated establishments, Eva’s Restaurant & Bar, Room 1954, and the award-winning Club Lounge. A graduate of William Angliss, with an advanced diploma in commercial cookery, Ashlee honed her culinary skills at the legendary The Broadmoor resort in Colorado. Returning to Australia, AshleejoinedAccorin 2016.

Working through the ranks of the global hotel group, Ashlee gained experience at NovotelMelbourneGlen Waverley, and Pullman Melbourne Albert Park, where she rose to the role of Head Chef.

Heavily influenced by her British and Polish roots, Ashlee describes her food as“modern Australian with a European influence.”She cites joining Erdigroup as a career highlight.
