Royal Uno® All Inclusive Resort & Spa, the latest luxury resort offering from Mexican tourism pioneers, Royal Resorts is pleased to announce the appointment of Flavio Robles Gutiérrez as Rooms Division Manager.
A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 24 years of experience, Flavio brings a wealth of knowledge and skills in front office functions to his current role. He joins Royal Uno, after a successful position at Hotel ME Cabo, where he held the role of front desk manager, managing an inventory of 170 rooms and suites. Flavio began his hospitality career in 1988 and worked across various departments including front desk supervisor, front desk manager, and concierge, among others.
Prior to joining Royal Uno, Flavio also held positions at Hotel ME Cancun as manager of the ME+ VIP area and as assistant manager at Hotel Haven in Quintana Roo. He was also instrumental in opening two hotels in Los Cabos and has worked on a team certified as four Diamonds with AAA. Flavio will oversee the planning and implementation of the quality of the hotel’s guest rooms at Royal Uno®.

Robles Gutiérrez holds a hotel management and gastronomy degree from Colegio Nacional de México and a CRISTAL Standard certification. Flavio has completed courses in conflict resolution and brand coaching.
