Hawks Cay Resort announces Anna Lawrence as the newly appointed Director of National Accounts for its mid-Atlantic market, and Brittany Norton as the new Associate Director of Sales for its northeast market. These appointments reinforce the resort’s reach in these markets.

Starting her hospitality career with the resort as a summer intern in 2011, Anna Lawrence has a long history working at Hawks Cay. She has taken on this new position from the resort’s director of sales following her relocation to North Carolina. Anna has worked at several well-known Florida Keys resorts, including Sunset Key Cottages and the Islamorada Resort Collection throughout the Florida Keys, bringing with her a deep understanding of the local market, and experience implementing innovative sales campaigns that have increased overall revenue growth. As a resident of the mid-Atlantic, being immersed in the market every day allows Anna to understand its trends and cater to its evolving sales needs.
Brittany Norton returns to Hawks Cay with more than eight years of destination resort marketing experience having gained experience with four other Florida Keys properties over the years. She’s held various leadership positions, most recently serving as Area Director of Food & Beverage at the Islamorada Resort Collection. Throughout her career, Brittany has been instrumental in overseeing the sales and operations of various hotels and resorts, along with managing food and beverage concepts. Brittany holds an Executive Master of Science degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Central Florida.
