Frontier Development & Hospitality Group LLC, a hotel-focused acquisition, development, and asset management firm, announced today the appointment of Mark Morris as Chief Investment Officer.
Morris has successfully structured and completed hotel sales transactions totaling more than $3.5 billion. He will utilize his extensive experience to direct Frontier’s investment and development focus, source direct and indirect investment opportunities, and grow and maintain Frontier’s capital and business relationships.

Prior to joining Frontier, Morris was Managing Director at Berkadia Hotels & Hospitality, where he co-founded the Hotel Investment Sales platform. During his tenure, Berkadia grew into a nationwide hotel platform ranked as one of the leading hotel brokerage companies in the nation by Real Estate Alert. He also served as Executive Vice President and Director of Acquisitions and Development for Modus Hotels and held positions at Hunter Hotel Advisors, MK Hotels, SunTrust Bank, and Riggs Bank. Morris is a graduate of Syracuse University Whitman School of Management and Cornell University School of Hotel Administration’s Certified Hotel Broker professional program.
