Sudima Hotels & HIND Management announced new Group Revenue Manager and Central Reservations Manager, based in their Auckland Support Office.
Daniel Greenfield – Group Revenue Manager, HIND Management & Sudima Hotels
Joining us from Christchurch,where he held the position of Director of Revenue for Accor hotels overseeing Rotorua and Christchurch Markets. Daniel commenced his new role in Support Office this week, bringing a wealth of revenue expertise to the business having also held revenue roles within Wyndham and Rydges groups. Daniel will report to Les Morgan COO, working across all Sudima Hotels and any new additions to the group in the future. Daniel hails from Southland, with a degree in economics from University of Otago. Daniel will spend the coming weeks developing a revenue strategy for existing Sudima Hotels and new properties coming online in 2020/2021.
Ivona Heler – Central Reservations Manager, Sudima Hotels
Also joined this week is Ivona Heler. Ivona comes to us from Hotel DeBrett where she held the role of Front Office Manager, originally from Croatia with more than 13 years’ experience in luxury 4 & 5 star hotels in NZ and Europe including a senior role at Grand Millennium Auckland. With a passion for outstanding guest service, Ivona speaks Croatian, Italian and Spanish. Ivona will manage our Central Reservations team and report in Michel Adolphe Director of Sales and Marketing.
