Hyatt Regency Ludhiana has announced the appointment of Ms. Swati Dhir as General Manager.
Following a distinguished career in hospitality and with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Swati Dhir has been appointed General Manager of Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. Her most recent assignment was as General Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji.
Ms. Dhir brings with her intricate knowledge of the industry and international operating standards. Prior to joining Hilton Worldwide in July 2011, she led various leadership roles in Sales & Marketing for the Taj Group locally and internationally. Ms. Dhir holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.
In her new role, Swati will be responsible for the entire operations and will spearhead the growth and development of the hotel. Swati is a skilled revenue analyst and market strategist; her core expertise lies in delivering successful outcomes by empowering teams and building efficient processes. Her belief in hard work, performance, attention to detail and an appetite for constant innovation will help Hyatt Regency Ludhiana provide a true Hyatt experience to all its guests. In addition to being a cricket fan, she is an avid reader, and the travel bug has taken her to many a place.
