Marriott Hotel Al Forsan Abu Dhabi has announced the appointment of David Lance as General Manager.
According to the property, in his role starting on November 1, Lance will oversee the management and operations of the five-star property nestled within Khalifa City.
Lance brings more than 20 years of experience to Marriott Hotel Al Forsan. Prior to this new role, the Australian led the teams at Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments Downtown Abu Dhabi to success by achieving growth in revenue per available room (RevPAR) and exceeding budgeted gross operating profit (GOP).
In addition to supervising operations and managing hotel staff, the new GM will uphold guest relations by frequent interaction, the property adds. To continue ensuring guest satisfaction, he will also focus on maintaining high standards of quality and service at the property and look into the various ways to enhance guest experience.
