The appointment comes at an exciting time for Fairmont Royal Pavilion, following a major refurbishment, and its soon to launch new room categories and year-round child-friendly policy, which start from 18th December 2018.
Robert Scully joined the team in November as Director of Food & Beverage.
Scully brings over 15 years experience in the industry, having started his career in hospitality with Starr Restaurant Organisation. He has also worked for the Graces Group and The Peacock Inn before joining Fairmont Royal Pavilion.
Scully will be working across the hotel’s three F&B outlets, including Taboras Restaurant and Palm Terrace Restaurant. 2019 will see the introduction and implementation of new dining concepts and experiences.
