In his role, Kevin oversees the day-to-day operations of the 192 guestrooms and suites, meetings and events facilities and three food and beverage outlets, including Lemuel’s Bar and Lounge, Alfie Byrne’s by Galway Bay Brewery and The Coburg Brasserie.

In his new position, Brennan will be responsible for all hotel operations, including the room division and food and beverage division, planning of facilities projects, key involvement in revenue, conference and event strategies, implementing and monitoring brand standards and directly overseeing more than 200 employees.
Before joining Conrad Dublin, Brennan held the position of Director of Operations at both Hilton London Wembley and DoubleTree by Hilton Burlington Road Dublin. Brennan also worked as Food & Beverage Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin holding the same position at Whites of Wexford. Brennan started his career at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel, where he held the positions of Restaurant Supervisor, Duty Manager, Conference & Events Manager and Events & Senior Manager. Brennan attended the Hotel Management Development Program at the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology and received a Certificate in Revenue Management from the Cornell University of Hotel Administration.
Brennan was nominated for the Young Hospitality Manager of the Year in 2014 by the Irish Hospitality Institute Awards. In his free time, he enjoys running, Irish history and supporting the Irish Gaelic Athletic Association, especially the Team from his home county, Wexford.
