Rosalyn Castillo named Director of Sales at Even® Hotel Miami Airport

EVEN Hotels is InterContinental Group’s newest lifestyle brand, their first property in the Southeastern United States and the first and only hotel brand created with wellness at its core.

In her role as Director of Sales, Castillo is responsible for leading an on-site sales team by designing action steps focused on maximizing revenues, establishing corporate accounts, strategizing and implementing precise sales & marketing tactics, website optimization and leading the team in revenue management. Additionally, as a part of the EVEN Hotel Miami Airport team, she will also ensure the brand pillars – Eat Well, Rest Easy, Keep Active and Accomplish More – are manifested throughout.

Castillo’s experience encompasses more than 16 years in the hospitality industry, including 10 years specializing in revenue management. She has held senior level sales positions at several recognized hotel brands including Best Western, Best Western Premier, Holiday Inn as well as independent properties. Through her leadership, Castillo has successfully opened three branded Best Western Hotels & Resorts, including the first built Best Western Premier hotel in the nation, located in Miami. She was recognized for achieving the highest revenue in sales for the brand during her pre-selling period and received recognition for Superior Customer Service from President and CEO, David Kong.

EVEN Hotel Miami Airport broke ground earlier this year and is expected to open its doors in October 2018. The unique brand was designed to help travellers Eat Well, Rest Easy, Keep Active and Accomplish More. With 190 guest rooms, all featuring an in-room trainer, resistance bands, an exercise ball, yoga mat, and 18+ on-demand fitness videos, guests can select from various options to maintain their wellness routine while away from home. EVEN Hotel Miami Airport also offers 4,200 square feet of meeting space as well as fresh, inviting and flexible spaces for impromptu meetings or for guests who work on their own but want to stay connected to their business.
