All Inclusive Collection is proud to announce the appointment of Carilis Felipe as Director of Weddings North America.
As Director of Weddings North America, Felipe leads a team of wedding sales professionals, as well as oversees sales and planning for all U.S. and Canadian wedding customers for the company and its first-of-a-kind all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels in Mexico and Caribbean, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana, Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. Felipe will ensure that all sales and business standards are met and in line with the company’s overall vision by working closely with executives, with an end goal of surpassing performance targets for speed, efficient sales and quality wedding programs.
With more than six years of hospitality sales experience, Felipe continues to grow as a valuable member of the All Inclusive Collection team, most recently serving as Weddings Department Manager where she co-founded and implemented the acclaimed WOW (Weddings on the Water) Specialist Wedding Certification program within the brand. Previously, Felipe served as a Business Development Manager and Wedding Sales Executive at a prior company, where she was responsible for North American wedding sales.
The All Inclusive Collection spearheads sales and marketing efforts for luxury resort properties throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, including Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic (the world’s first all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel) and five Mexico properties including Hard Rock Hotel Cancun, Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya, Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos (set to open in 2018), and Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Cancun (set to open in late 2018). These six properties are owned and operated by RCD Resorts under licensing agreements from Hard Rock International. RCD Resorts exclusively contracts the All Inclusive Collection for the sales and marketing of its all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotels. The All Inclusive Collection offers a one-of-a-kind, “all day, all night, all-inclusive” vacation experience, and has expanded its portfolio into Mexico and the Caribbean with new luxury properties that continue to shift the sands of all-inclusive.
