Inhabit Hotels invites guests and the local community to experience a deeply restorative evening of Breathwork and Sound Healing at its Paddington sanctuary in Queen’s Gardens. Designed to nurture both mind and body, this immersive event blends modern somatic practices with ancient healing traditions, in a calming urban setting.

Led by holistic practitioner Hannah Wood, founder of healing retreat providers Alter, the session begins with gentle somatic movement and traditions into Conscious Connected Breathwork – a guided technique that supports the release of emotional blockages, reduces stress, and elevates energy levels. The evening concludes with an expansive Sound Healing journey from DJ and longtime sound-healer Alex Mytton, helping participants integrate their experience and cultivate a profound sense of inner peace. Whether new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, attendees can expect an inclusive space for self-discovery and holistic healing.

Taking place at Inhabit Queen’s Gardens, the event reflects the brand’s ongoing commitment to wellbeing-led hospitality. Their two hotels aim to bring the restorative qualities of a wellness retreat, right into the heart of the city, through offering guests thoughtfully designed tranquil spaces, nourishing food, and mindful experiences which foster reconnection, realignment and renewal.
