Resolute Road Hospitality, wrapped up its annual Leadership Conference at its corporate headquarters in Boise, Idaho. The conference brought together General Managers and the Corporate Sales Team to explore and collaborate on various topics essential to the company’s growth and success.
The Resolute Road conference’s immersive three-day agenda covered a diverse subject matter, including streamlining processes in hotel operations, motivating and growing property teams, communication, and finance and sales strategies. The event was tailored to improve leadership skills and drive operational excellence.

The conference also included team-building activities to foster camaraderie among corporate and property-level leaders. From the Resolute Road Olympics, where teams competed in friendly competitions showcasing teamwork and hospitality knowledge, to a board game night filled with laughter and friendly competition, attendees had the opportunity to connect and build lasting relationships outside of their hotels. Additionally, the team attended an exciting evening at the Idaho Steelheads hockey game.
The conference emphasized the importance of core values, teamwork, and creating a workplace where every employee feels valued and motivated to contribute to the company’s success. Attendees were encouraged to carry the Resolute Road promise back to their teams, further solidifying the company’s culture of excellence.
Marianna Gamboa, General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn, Salt Lake City, was awarded “General Manager of the Year” for her exceptional leadership, dedication, and outstanding performance in 2023. Additionally, Chelsea Hope, General Manager of the Hilton Garden Inn, Boise, known for her warmth and dedication to employee culture, was recognized with the “Heart of Hospitality” award for her exemplary service and commitment to upholding the company’s values while making sure her team knows how valued they are.
