Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP®) has set the 2024 and 2025 dates for its upcoming Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC®).
The world’s largest, nonprofit, hospitality technology event will debut two new U.S. cities to its roster. In 2024, HITEC will be held June 24-27 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. In 2025, HITEC will be held June 16-19 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. Co-locating with HITEC at these future events is the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) Commercial Strategy Week, which includes the HSMAI Marketing Strategy Conference and HSMAI ROC Americas.
“As we began long-term planning for HITEC, we sought out new and interesting locations to set as the HITEC backdrop,” said HFTP CEO Frank Wolfe, CAE. “HFTP has also had to increase our space requirements because of our association friends’ co-located events. Attendees are busy at the convention center during the daytime, while the evenings consist of fun, out-on-the-town networking. Charlotte and Indianapolis are attractive cities with plenty of new venues to enjoy.”

HITEC 2023 will take place on June 26–29 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre in Toronto, Ont. Canada. HITEC is the world’s largest hospitality technology exposition and conference. It offers a unique combination of top-notch hospitality technology education, led by industry peers and experts, and an unparalleled trade show showcasing the latest hospitality technology products and services. Registration for HITEC 2023 will open in early January 2023.
The 2023 HSMAI Commercial Strategy Week is co-located with HITEC 2023 in Toronto. First is the HSMAI Marketing Strategy Conference on June 27. The following day is HSMAI ROC Americas on June 28. HSMAI Commercial Strategy Week reflects the convergence of marketing, revenue optimization, and other commercial functions into new and evolving commercial strategy organizations inside many hotel companies.
