Vacancy filled for the first accommodation industry event

width=With Australia’s accommodation sector undergoing unprecedented change and growth, it’s surprising that the industry has Ð until now Ð lacked a dedicated trade event.

The Australian travel industry has seen a 6% increase of international visitors year on year to 8.1million and a 7% increase in domestic travel to 97.2 million*, the increasing demand has propelled an expected supply of more than 24,000 new rooms to be added to the market**.

Ahead of this expansion, NoVacancy Accommodation Business Expo is the must-attend event for industry members to stay at the forefront of the trends and innovations, and gain access to relevant education.

Taking place at Sydney’s ICC from 17-18 July, NoVacancy is not only the first expo of its kind, it also promises to be the biggest in scale and size for the industry.

Covering a floor space of over 7,700 sq. metres, NoVacancy will boast exhibitors relevant to all aspects of the hotel and accommodation industry. The show offering aims to help visitors in areas including technology, guest experience, interiors and refurbishment, revenue and distribution, digital marketing, management and operations, and housekeeping products and services.

A must attend for anyone in the industry, NoVacancy understands exactly what proprietors and managers are looking for to optimise their business, enhance the guest experience and ultimately maximise their profits. Hotel technology, refurbishment and interior design, and guest experience are the three main areas of interest identified by the large pool of already registered visitors. To reflect the demand, a new seminar program has been added with a focus on hotel design and experience.

The free-to-attend tradeshow is expecting over 2,000 visitors across the two-day event.

Brad Langton, Portfolio Director of NoVacancy Accommodation Business Expo says, ÒWe’re excited with the huge level of support the industry has shown for NoVacancy Ð the first trade show of this kind. It’s clear how important the event is to the accommodation industry and we’re here just at the right time to give industry colleagues everything they need to boost their business.Ó
