Finally, the first Direct Booking Summit: Asia-Pacific will take place in Singapore in early 2019*.
In just two years theÊDirect Booking SummitÊhas become one of the industry’s must-attend events. It brings together hundreds of hoteliers, from savvy independents to those from world-leading brands, to strategise, network and drive the Direct Booking Movement forward.
Previous speakers and delegates have come from Hyatt, The Leading Hotels of the World, Deutsche Hospitality, Kempinski Hotels, trivago, Kalibri Labs, McKinsey & Company, ReviewPro, The Guestbook and Mirai.
Julissa Quiroz, of the Fortune House Hotel, Miami, attended last year’s Direct Booking Summit in New York and said: ÒWe loved everything! We had two very productive days, we are definitely implementing new strategies and ideas at our property to maximise guest satisfaction and hotel revenue.Ó
Summit chairman and Triptease Chief Tease, Charlie Osmond, added: ÒThis isÊtheÊevent for any hotelier who cares about growing revenue and perfecting guest experience. Every summit we hear from hoteliers trying unique and daring things, whether it be using FaceTime to connect with older guests or standing up to wayward wholesalers. It’s a huge source of inspiration and I can’t wait to see what emerges from this bigger and bolder summit series.Ó
