IHG has named two leaders into new senior leadership positions – Jay Caiafa, Chief Operating Officer, Americas, and Brian Hicks, Senior Vice President, Commercial and Revenue Management, Americas. 

In his new role, Hamilton will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner, which includes more than 28,000 square feet of flexible meeting space.

This new role follows Martin Dell’s most recent position as Resort Manager at Four Seasons Resort Maui in Hawaii.

André Kretschmann has previously worked since 2016 as the director of resort and villa operator, TempleTree International, in Bangkok.

With 18 years of professional spa experience in diverse environments, Victorian most recently served as Director of Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Silicon Valley.
