Remington Hospitality, an innovative and dynamic top-rated third-party hotel management company, announced today the addition of the Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center to its third-party management portfolio.
Located in downtown Buffalo, the 396-room full-service hotel will undergo a comprehensive renovation of its guest rooms, corridors, and meeting space in the coming months. The property offers on-site dining, a fitness center, an indoor pool, business services, and ten meeting spaces totaling over 20,000 square feet, along with a walkway with direct access to the Buffalo Convention Center.
“The Hyatt Regency Buffalo represents the type of asset we are focused on adding as we continue to expand our third-party management portfolio,” said Ben Perelmuter, CEO, Remington Hospitality. “The hotel’s extensive meeting capabilities and downtown location position it for long-term success. We look forward to partnering with ownership to build on the property’s strengths, enhance operational performance, and create long-term value.”
The addition further expands Remington’s portfolio of full-service hotels and reinforces the company’s commitment to helping owners maximize asset value through operational excellence, commercial strategy, and disciplined execution.
