Royal Park Hotel, the beloved boutique hotel in downtown Rochester, Michigan, announces the appointment of Autumn Griffith as general manager. In this role, Griffith will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, with a focus on delivering elevated guest experiences, driving profitability, and fostering a strong, engaged team culture.
Griffith brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience to Royal Park Hotel, with a career rooted in boutique and lifestyle properties. She most recently served as general manager of the Daxton Hotel, Curio Collection by Hilton in nearby Birmingham, Michigan, where she led the property for more than four and a half years. During her tenure, she guided all departments across the hotel, spearheaded financial planning and forecasting initiatives, and successfully oversaw the hotel’s transition into the Curio Collection brand, strengthening its market positioning.
Prior to Daxton Hotel, Griffith served as regional general manager with Common Thread Hotels, where she directed operations for two highly regarded boutique properties in Palm Springs, California: Sparrows Lodge and Holiday House. She has also held leadership roles with Soho House in both West Hollywood and Chicago, managing high-profile private membership clubs and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance member engagement.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and strategic approach to operations, Griffith has built a reputation for driving performance while cultivating positive workplace culture and high employee morale.
