Trish Berry named General Manager for Yotel Boston

YOTEL, the affordable luxury hotel brand inspired by first-class air travel, has appointed Trish Berry as general manager of YOTEL Boston, the 326-cabin hotel that opened in the Seaport in June 2017. Also joining the Boston leadership team are Jason Cool, beverage director, and Felicia Rahm, director of sales and marketing.

“YOTEL’s forward-thinking and innovative concept has been a powerful draw and natural fit for the evolving Seaport district,” said Berry. “Joining the hotel as it begins its second year, we look forward to building greater value into the guest experience, strengthening community and client ties as well as implementing new, creative programming.”

Berry brings over 30 years of luxury hospitality experience to YOTEL. She has strong ties to Boston, where she was most recently general manager at Ames Boston, where she oversaw the hotel’s transition to become a Hilton Curio property as well as the opening of Cultivar, the on-site restaurant. Prior to that, Berry served as general manager at the Battery Wharf Hotel, where she managed its successful transition from a branded Fairmont property to a fully independent hotel. She also has significant experience in the Mid-Atlantic, where she managed Baltimore’s The Ritz-Carlton Residences Inner Harbor, a 191-unit luxury condominium residence community with a spa, marina and restaurants, and served as general manager of Hotel Monaco for Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group.

YOTEL Boston is located at 65 Seaport Boulevard, across the street from One Seaport Square, in close proximity to Boston Harbor and the city’s cultural, financial and commercial centers. To find out more, please visit YOTEL Boston.
