Nikoi Private Island is pleased to introduce two newly renovated three-bedroom pool villas, designed to cater to the growing demand from multigenerational travel and groups.
The new-look villas, which were previously two of Nikoi’s two-bedroom villas, are positioned on the island’s pristine beachfront and offer the perfect balance between shared living and private retreats.
Each villa has been renovated and upgraded, adding a third cottage and private pool, ensuring ample space and privacy for larger groups. The main cottage is a two-story building featuring an upstairs master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and a balcony with uninterrupted sea views. On the lower level, guests can enjoy a spacious deck with seating, and a guest bathroom for convenience.
The additional two cottages each feature ensuite bedrooms that can be configured as either doubles or singles, offering flexibility to suit various group configurations.
Located between the cottages is a private pool overlooking the island’s white sand beach, surrounded by a lawn area, a traditional bale (gazebo), outdoor shower, and sun loungers – inviting guests to relax and soak in the serene island atmosphere.
The new three-bedroom villas comfortably sleep up to six guests, with the option to accommodate three more for an additional charge, making them perfect for larger group gatherings and multigenerational trips.
“Our vision for the new villa types was inspired by the many multigenerational groups we welcome to Nikoi,” says Andrew Dixon, the Singapore-based, Australian co-owner of Nikoi Private Island and its adults-only sister property, Cempedak Private Island.
“Over the years, we have seen a rise in larger family groups travelling together, often with grandparents, multiple siblings, and their children, who have travelled from all over the world to stay with us.”
Nikoi Private Island’s commitment to offering a unique and luxurious experience for guests is evident with the addition of these new larger villas, where guests can indulge in privacy, comfort, and the natural beauty of the island. The first family villa will welcome guests from 30 October, 2024, with the second slated to open on 7 January, 2025.
The two three-bedroom villas join Nikoi’s accommodation portfolio, which includes 16 other beach houses and villas, each designed to reflect traditional Indonesian architecture as well as contemporary form, using local materials, driftwood and ‘alang alang’ roofing to blend naturally into the environment.
