Cloud5 Communications, the leading provider of IT and communications solutions and services for more than 5,000 hotels across the Americas, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beata Weiss as the organization’s Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources.

Weiss brings more than 20 years of experience in leading HR business partners talent management/acquisition, HR operations, contract negotiations, process improvements, training, and diversity. Prior to joining Cloud5, Weiss served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Epsilon, a global advertising and marketing technology company positioned at the center of Publicis Groupe.. Responsible for more than 7,000 associates across both US and international markets, Weiss played a key role in leading in the HR business partner team.
Weiss also served as Vice President of Human Resources for IRI, a leading provider of big data and predictive analytics, and numerous organizations within various industries. Weiss is a graduate of Illinois State University, and holds an M.S. in education administration and foundations as well as a B.S in psychology. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two daughters.
