With a career spanning several countries, Groh has overseen the AKARYN Hotel Group’s boutique hotels in Hua Hin and Koh Samui, Karma Group’s mountain resort in Bavaria, and most recently served as Group Development Manager of Hotel Management Asia, which owns two luxury villa properties in southern Thailand.
