Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott is slated to open this week, with a new public space and guestroom design. Located at 1515 Wilmington Drive, the 90-room Fairfield Inn and Suites Tacoma DuPont will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by Northwest Lodgings LLC and managed by InnSight Hotel Management Group of Springfield.
Noble breaks ground on Marriott’s first dual-brand AC Hotels by Marriott and Moxy Hotel in Atlanta
Marriott International and Noble Investment Group have celebrated the groundbreaking of what will be Marriott’s first-ever combination of an AC and Moxy under one roof. The $70 million, five-story hotel project will rise on a full city block in Midtown Atlanta, and the hotel is expected to open in the middle of 2018.
