With the completion of the new integration between its industry-leading BPN Maestro operations management platform and the Oasis Property Management System (PMS) a new area can begin. The preferred browser-based cloud and on-premise PMS solution for independent Hotels & Resorts, Service Apartments and Multi-Property Groups, Oasis’s seamless communication with the BPN MAESTRO platform provides a host of operational benefits for hoteliers. This includes eliminating discrepancies in data between systems that could potentially lead to inaccurate guest information, poor customer response times and problem-handling opportunities.
The new integration provides real-time delivery of Oasis room status to the BPN Maestro platform whenever a guest has arrived, to ensure that hotel staff have the most up-to-date guest in-house information. Guest check-in, check-out and room move events, are also pushed to BPN Maestro. Housekeeping status data is shared and synced between the systems with bi-directional functionality, providing the front desk and housekeeping staff with the latest updates on room availability for early check-ins.
