Successful partnership to enhance the digital guest journey

Nonius is proud to be chosen by this remarkable hotel group, reflecting our shared dedication to improving the Guest experience, Guest engagement, and Hotel Operational efficiency. In collaboration with our partner Telmex, our collective goal was to enhance the Digital Guest Journey by providing the Grupo Brisas with a Hotel Group Guest App, Room TV Cast solution, and all the Integrations needed with the Hotel’s Management Software perfectly aligned with Grupo Brisas’ commitment to excellence to its Guests.

Hotel Group App to increase Guest engagement

Nonius App, a state-of-the-art mobile application, was exclusively designed for Grupo Brisas. Available across all group hotels, this app seamlessly enhances the guest experience, offering personalised and convenient features throughout their stay. From mobile keys, real-time messaging, room control, and room service requests to concierge services, the Nonius App empowers guests to tailor their hotel experience to their preferences. Furthermore, the app optimises operational costs for the hotels and creates new revenue streams, showcasing its multifaceted benefits.

Streaming Services to elevate In-Room Entertainment

Grupo Brisas has also chosen Nonius to deploy Nonius Cast, our cutting-edge in-room entertainment solution. Working alongside Telmex, Nonius will install Cast in approximately 3,000 hotel rooms across Grupo Brisas properties. With this innovative streaming solution, guests can indulge in an immersive entertainment experience, accessing a diverse range of content by seamlessly connecting their devices to the in-room TVs.

3rd Party Seamless Integrations to maximise Operational Efficiency

The success of our project stems from the seamless integration of various third-party systems with Nonius solutions. Through collaboration with industry leaders, we have achieved a truly connected and convenient guest experience. Integrations include mobile key with Salto and Dormakaba, Honeywell domotics for room control, Simphony POS, Opera PMS and PBX integrations for Softphone with IP-PBX from Xorcom and NEC. These partnerships ensure that guests enjoy a hassle-free digital journey, maximising the impact of our technology solutions in improving the hotel’s operational efficiency.
