RoomRaccoon, a leading all-in-one Hotel Management System (HMS) for independent hotels, has announced that it is growing its representation in the US with the appointment of Autumn Wilson as Account Executive and Brenda Alarcon as Customer Support Consultant.
Autumn Wilson joins the team with extensive experience in the sales and hospitality industry. Based in California, she will provide a direct service to independent hotels, bed and breakfasts, and vacation rentals on the West Coast of the US. She joins Hannah Lee, the company’s senior sales representative, and Brock Dodson.
Hannah Lee, Market Head of RoomRaccoon North America, shares: “We have seen a sustained uptick in business from the US market, with customers spanning across the West Coast and East Coast. We are expanding our footprint to deliver an even better service to hotel owners and managers and are excited to welcome Autumn and Brenda to our growing team.”
The announcement comes off the heels of RoomRaccoon’s participation in the BOLD program, a government-backed start-up accelerator led by Prince Constantijn Van Oranje-Nassau and TechLeap.NL. The program saw RoomRaccoon CEO and Founder, Tymen van Dyl, travel to Boston and NYC earlier in October alongside 20 Dutch tech founders with ambitions to scale in the US.
Tymen van Dyl, CEO and Co-Founder of RoomRaccoon, shares: “The US is the newest addition to our expansion efforts. Due to its large hospitality sector, the US continues to represent one of the biggest opportunities for RoomRaccoon and is an important source market for the company’s future growth. We are committed to fast-tracking our expansion in this market and increasing our representation is just one way that we will achieve this.”
