At this year’s Serviced Apartment Summit Europe in London, BridgeStreet will focus their attention on unifying the supplier community across the Extended-stay, 7+ Night sector. Once thought too disparate to bring together, BridgeStreet is capitalising on their 20+ years in the Extended-stay space and focusing on the broad unification of the industry through technology. It is a simple move that’s changing how business travels and redefines what that experience can and should be. As such, BridgeStreet has created the first unified, trusted, global community of curated, extended-stay supply.
For EMEA and clients globally, BridgeStreet.com enables all clients to stay where they want to stay and book how they want to book – guaranteed and in real time. At SAS Europe, BridgeStreet will reinforce their commitment to the sector’s clients and supplier community.
“The Serviced Apartment Summit is a long-standing event that gives our industry a chance to coalesce around yearly challenges. The past several years have been transformative, especially as the supplier community scramble to keep up with demand. There’s a growing cultural evolution around business travel and it’s up to us to understand these shifts and adapt quickly. For BridgeStreet, our solution is unification. It’s the one move that can definitively propel our industry forward.” Sean Worker, President and CEO
The Summit will host BridgeStreet’s leadership team for daily presentations and introductions at the BridgeStreet enclave. Among the group is newly appointed Vice President of Partnership Community, Jonathan Hamblett – a veteran in travel distribution and supplier community strategy.
The following executives will be speaking at SAS:
Steve Burns, BridgeStreet’s Managing Director, EMEA & APAC, will discuss distribution and the ongoing effort to align the extended-stay industry. He will also participate in the Meet the Leaders discussion at the end of the event where the BridgeStreet and other leaders will discuss what they have learned, the opportunities and challenges for their companies and outlook for the future.
Paul Rands, Vice President, Development at BridgeStreet will be taking part in the developer and operator debate – looking at the advantages and opportunities of serviced apartments and extended-stay experiences.
The event wouldn’t be itself if there weren’t some fun giveaways. Keeping up its initiative of giving away a bicycle at almost every event they attend, BridgeStreet has a Lithium 1 2018 hybrid bicycle for one lucky attendee – perfect for city and country cycling.
