Resolute Road Hospitality, a Boise-based hotel management company founded on the promise to change the way owners think of their management company, announced today the successful completion of renovations projects across four hotels in its managed portfolio, reinforcing the company’s focus on asset enhancement, operational excellence, and long-term value creation for ownership. All four properties are owned by Braintree Group.
The completed projects include the Hampton Inn Bend, located in Bend, Oregon; Courtyard by Marriott Lehi at Thanksgiving Point, located in Lehi, Utah; Hilton Garden Inn Missoula, located in Missoula, Montana; and SpringHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point, located in Lehi, Utah.
The renovation program included upgrades to guestrooms, public spaces, finishes, furnishings, and amenities across the portfolio. Each project was designed to strengthen the asset’s competitive position in its market, maintain alignment with brand standards, and enhance the overall guest experience while supporting long-term operational performance.

At Hampton Inn Bend, renovations focused on refreshing guestrooms and public areas to ensure the hotel remains well-positioned within one of Oregon’s strongest leisure destinations. Courtyard by Marriott Lehi at Thanksgiving Point completed upgrades to guestrooms, lobby spaces, and food-and-beverage areas, creating a more contemporary environment that supports the property’s diverse mix of business and leisure demand.
Hilton Garden Inn Missoula underwent extensive enhancements throughout the hotel, including upgraded interiors and the addition of an outdoor courtyard and fireplace area designed to support both guest use and small group gatherings. SpringHill Suites Lehi at Thanksgiving Point completed a comprehensive guestroom renovation that modernized the all-suite experience and further strengthened the property’s competitive position within the market.
Resolute Road Hospitality oversaw project coordination, operational planning, and brand compliance throughout the renovation process, ensuring each project remained aligned with ownership objectives while minimizing disruption to hotel operations.
