Hagadone Hospitality is proud to announce the official groundbreaking of The Sherman Tower, a transformative 139-room expansion of The Coeur d’Alene Resort. Located in the heart of downtown Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, this dynamic new addition is designed to elevate the guest experience while enriching the local community. Construction is currently underway, with a grand opening planned for May 2027. Upon completion, The Sherman Tower will increase the resort’s total room count to 477 and bring approximately 200 new jobs to the city.

The inviting living lobby will feature plush seating, a grand fireplace and lively energy, anchored by an energetic café where artisan coffee, fresh bites and rotating local art will create the perfect hangout. For bold flavors and lakeside views, a modern Mexican seafood and steak restaurant will serve up live-fire grilled steaks, seafood and craft cocktails, while the rooftop bar will offer Latin-inspired bites, refreshing drinks and panoramic sunset views. It will be a dynamic space designed for locals and visitors to gather, relax and enjoy the best of Coeur d’Alene.
