An Innovative and Seaside Culinary Journey
Le Sereno Al Mare Restaurant stands as the central heartbeat of Le Sereno and is led by Executive Chef Raffaele Lenzi and Chef Leonardo Panza. The two chefs are revered for their focus on fresh, local ingredients that have been expertly crafted into simple, delicious, contemporary Italian cuisine. Nestled on the serene shoreline at Le Sereno, the restaurant was named one of the best “beachside restaurants to visit before you die” by Architectural Digest.
From November 5th – 10th, Le Sereno’s Resident Executive Chef Davide Mosca, Al Lago Chef Raffaele Lenzi of the Lake Como sister property, and Guest Chef Florian Favario will participate in the St. Barths Gourmet Festival. Recognized as one of the world’s top culinary events, the festival showcases the island’s unique appeal. The chefs from Le Sereno will take part in the Six Hands Dinner, featuring dishes inspired by local ingredients and Italian traditions, with a focus on vegetables.
The culinary team will introduce a themed aperitivo hour, with each day offering a unique twist. Inspired by traditional Italian aperitivo evenings, each event will feature music, and a distinct ambiance tailored to the day of the week.
Preserving Paradise
Le Sereno is a proud collaborator of the Coral Restoration Program, an initiative with local marine experts where guests are invited to actively participate in protecting and preserving the islands vibrant coral reefs. Hotel guests can work with local marine biologists to plant and care for coral fragments, thereby contributing to the restoration of the island’s vital undersea ecosystems. Not only a haven for coral reefs, the Grand Cul de Sac is also a sanctuary for diverse turtle species. To celebrate this, Le Sereno boasts a Turtle Concierge, who is dedicated to taking guests through the experience of turtle nesting and hatching and educating them on the importance of conserving these magnificent creatures.
