CBRE Hotel’s Michael Simpson, Vasso Zographou and Scott Callow are managing the sale of the hotel via an Expressions of Interest campaign closing Friday 5th of April 2024.
The hotel is available with the continuance of management under the Mantra brand or vacant possession is available, providing the incoming purchaser with a choice of branding and management options.
“Epping is a strategic urban hub and is experiencing growth in the areas of medical, commercial business parks and logistics including major private and public investment in intermodal freight terminals, while accommodating Melbourne’s housing needs through residential development,” Mr Simpson said.
“As Epping and the broader Northern Corridor continue to develop, the hotel will provide a critical facility catering to both social and business requirements.”
Mr Zographou added, “The significant public and private capital investment in Melbourne’s Northern Corridor is evident with the growth in ‘state of the art’ facilities. In addition to this, the hotel benefits from a broad spectrum of demand generators arising from the commercial activities in the area as well as the Visiting Friends and Relatives segment which is commensurate with a growing residential footprint.”
