Clique Hospitalitythe boutique hospitality company behind celebrated San Diego hotspots Serēa and Lionfish, is pleased toThe Inn announce two new dining offerings – Lilian’s and Bing Bar –  will debut at the historic The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe this November as a part of the property’s extensive renovation and reopening.

Named for legendary local architect and master planner Lilian Rice, signature restaurant Lilian’s will bring the taste of sustainable seafood and local organic fare to one of Southern California’s most storied locations, while the neighboring Bing Bar, named for renowned Rancho Santa Fe resident and Hollywood icon Bing Crosby, will serve delicious libations and light bites in a timeless space.

“We are thrilled to be a part of the team that is bringing new life to The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe,” said founder Andy Masi, Clique Hospitality. “As we imagined these new concepts, we sought to create a restaurant and a bar as singular and as special as Rancho Santa Fe, as an ode to The Inn’s long-standing role as a gathering place for the community. We are eager to welcome visitors and locals alike to linger over a meal at Lilian’s, sip on a signature cocktail at Bing Bar and revel in the beauty of the reimagined Inn at Rancho Santa Fe.”

Serving fresh-catch fish, grass-fed meats and seasonal ingredients, Lilian’s will be a destination restaurant for guests and locals alike, taking a modern approach to time-tested cuisine. With a resume that spans the city’s best restaurants, including George’s at the Cove, Juniper & Ivy, Trust, Campfire and Nolita Hall, San Diego native Chef Moira Hill will use only the freshest, most sustainable ingredients purveyed by area farmers, ranchers and fisherman and engage zero-waste techniques. The menu pays homage to coastal California, with dishes such as the Crispy Skin Monterey Bay King Salmon served with artichoke heart puree, lentil salad, shaved fennel, and a local citrus slaw. Complementing the cuisine, an inventive beverage program will encompass exclusive wines, craft beers and time-honored cocktails with edgy twists.

Lilian’s striking restaurant space is comfortable and inviting, abundant in shades of green. The walls are covered with emerald-hued treillage, a form of latticework that epitomizes vintage Hollywood glamour, and complemented by custom-crafted stained-glass windows that infuse the space with light.

Sure to be a cherished community favorite, Bing Bar will be one of the central gathering places of The Inn at Rancho Santa Fe, with a dynamic and inviting atmosphere. The imaginative cocktail program will take center stage, complemented by an extensive wine list and creative light bites.

Guests of Bing Bar will be greeted by a timeless and classic aesthetic, reminiscent of a speakeasy with plush surroundings, a wood-burning fireplace, exposed beams, and herringbone oak floors.  The custom wood paneled bar and overhead liquor rack is a replica of an Old English pub from London, stacked with an award-winning collection of spirits and liquors.
