Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain announces rebrand to Hotel Champlain

Today, the iconic Hilton Burlington Lake Champlain announced plans to rebrand to Hotel Champlain and join the Curio Collection, part ofHilton Burlington the Hilton portfolio. Through the end of summer, Hotel Champlain will undergo exterior and interior renovations of key spaces within the hotel, including food and beverage outlets, event and gathering spaces, and fitness areas. The property will remain open during the renovation.

“We are thrilled to finally announce our new name and plans for a whole new take on the lake,” said Steven McClure, General Manager of Hotel Champlain. “Rising across from the lakeshore, Hotel Champlain taps into the energy and excitement of our unique location. We’re excited to embark on our plans to create an unexpected but authentic hotel experience in the heart of downtown Burlington.”

In transitioning to a Curio Collection by Hilton property, Hotel Champlain will set the tone of the new Burlington; a place that’s defining what it means to be a city in the country. With renovations underway, plans for an expansive fitness center, innovative restaurant, and all-day café and meeting and events spaces will create dynamic spaces throughout the hotel to relax, indulge, do business, and make memories. Notably, the hotel is continuing its quest to decrease its environmental footprint by powering its meeting spaces with clean solar energy. Soon-to-be-announced partnerships and design details will embody the spirit of Burlington.

More details surrounding the timeline of the renovation including new restaurants and amenities will be announced in the coming months. Bookings for the new hotel will also be announced soon.
