Night under the stars
The exclusive adventure begins just before sunset, when leaving the hotel by car for the Col Gallina Refuge. From here an off-road vehicle or snowmobile takes guests at an altitude of 2,300 meters to the Starlight Room.
One of a kind, it looks like a mobile sleeping room, able to rotate on itself by 360 ° and to give always a different view following the movement of the stars. Entirely eco-sustainable, it is built with walls in fir wood and glass, with attention to the smallest details, from materials and fabrics to traditional furnishings. Guests will find as a welcome a table set with a menu in perfect Ampezzo style: selection of local cold cuts and cheese, a soup (from a selection of 5), dessert and wine.
Alternatively, it is possible to dine at the Col Gallina Refuge with a 4-course gourmet menu and wines that combine creativity and tradition, for a food and wine journey through the flavors of the Dolomites.
