Mantra Epping, a new-build $80 million hotel development in Melbourne’s booming north, is on track to open in May 2019.
Designed by leading architects Peddle Thorp and Bruce Henderson Interiors, the two-wing 214-room hotel will feature a selection of light-filled, contemporary Hotel Rooms, One Bedroom Apartments and Two Bedroom Interconnecting Apartments.
All Hotel Rooms and One Bedroom Apartments offer understated elegance with modern décor, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, in-room Wi-Fi, and Foxtel including iQ Chromecast for a personalised entertainment experience.
The hotel’s spacious One Bedroom Apartments feature kitchen facilities, European laundry, private balconies, and offer the flexibility to adjoin with a Hotel Room to create a spacious Two Bedroom option for families and friends alike.
Guests will also enjoy the convenience of the hotel’s extensive onsite amenities and services, including the Trader Café, Restaurant and Bar, Beer Republic brewhouse, state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities, fully-equipped gymnasium, 24-hour reception and open-air secure car parking.
Mantra Epping General Manager, Mike Blank, said it’s been a hive of activity onsite over the past few months and the landmark building has really taken shape.
Mantra Epping occupies a prime corner position at 250 Cooper Street within the prestigious Northpoint Enterprise Park at Epping, Melbourne’s fastest growing expansion corridor just 18 km north of the CBD, and is just 15 minutes from Melbourne Airport.
