Palihouse Miami Beach to open in 2019

Los Angeles-based boutique hotelier Avi Brosh will bring his unique take on modern luxury extended stay hospitality to the east coast in 2019 with the highly anticipated debut of Palihouse Miami Beach.

The latest opening in the rapidly expanding Palisociety portfolio, Palihouse Miami Beach is located on the Indian Creek Waterway in a newly restored Art Deco bayside building two blocks from the beach and adjacent to some of the area’s best shopping, restaurants and arts and culture-focused destinations. The hotel is being developed by Miami-based Scott Robins Companies, Inc. and RB Green Companies.

The Palihouse Miami Beach property, originally the Greenbrier Hotel from the 1940s, has been redesigned and renovated into a contemporary beach lodge with an eastern seaboard meets boho, Mediterranean-inspired design aesthetic. Every aspect of the design, created by Brosh and the Palisociety team, reflects the irreverent, comfortable style the brand is known for, with a mix of modern touches throughout tempered by aged materials, layers of tactile, visual details and custom furniture in mixed patterns and textures. Palihouse Miami Beach will feature 71 over-sized guest rooms and studios, with a mix of king and queen accommodations, most with kitchenettes.

The property will also feature Greenbrier Swim & Social, a lobby lounge, cocktail bar, front patio and outdoor pool area serving an all-day food and drinks menu. Hotel guests will also have access to the Palihouse Miami Beach Beach Club and waterway boat dock.
